UNDERGROUND VELORUM ARK CITIES (9570 - 9480 BC)

Prehistoric Europe

The first underground Ark Cities were constructed on Earth by the Velorum Empire during the First Velorum-Orion War. To defend their bases in Prehistoric Europe, in what would eventually become the Western Provinces of Roman Empire in 125 AD - Britannia, Hispania, Gallia, Belgica, Narbonensis, Germania Inferior, and Germania Superior.

THE FIRST UNDERGROUND VAMPIRE ARK CITIES (7989 BC)

Prehistoric Europe

The Earth's climate becomes too warm for Velorum colonies, they leave Earth, leaving control of Earth colonies - underground Velorum Ark Cities, to their Vampire allies, the First Ones (First Vampire Faction).

VAMPIRE-DHAMPIR WAR (7901 - 7504 BC)

Prehistoric Europe

During the Vampire-Dhampir War (7901 - 7504 BC), the Vampire Forces on Earth constructed underground Vampire Ark Cities in the Green Sahara of Northern Africa. These Vampire Ark Cities would be lost to the Sahara desert in 3900 BC. Earth's climate becomes too warm for Velorum colonies, they leave Earth, leaving control of Earth colonies - underground Velorum Ark Cities, to their Vampire allies, the First Ones (First Vampire Faction).

THE EARTHZONE TREATY (14 AD)

Creation of the EarthZone

On Earthdate 321, at 01:00 hours, the Velorum Alliance and the Orion Alliance sign the EarthZone Accords the treaty ending the Second Galactic War. The Treaty, declared Earth as a protected planet - no interference the technological development of the planet. It created the EarthZone, a protected zone of space - 300 light-year radius surrounding Earth, to be reserved for future Human colonization. Ghost Space was declared restricted space - no colonization allowed, the planet Tartarus also known as Ghost to be a Forbidden Planet - no landing or contact permitted. To protect EarthZone, it created the Earth Security Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC).

Under the terms of the EarthZone Accords: the Earth Security Organization (ESO) and Earth Space Command (ESC) assumes responsibility for the defense of Earth and EarthZone. The ESC begins conducting military operations and security patrols of the EarthZone and Ghost Space. All heavy weapons are removed from Earth; direct interstellar trade with Earth is banned; travel to Earth is restricted and requires a visa from the ESO;

Sanctuary Status - Limited Autonomous Rule

Underground Vampire Cities, Werewolf Dens and Mutant Safehouses were given Sanctuary Status - Limited Autonomous Rule, the right rule under their laws inside their sanctuaries. However, criminals violations of the EarthZone Accords on Earth outside of Sanctuary, are subject to the deportation, imprisonment and/or death penalty under the EarthZone accords.

COLONIZATION OF THE AMERICAS (1492 - 1800)

During the Colonization of the Americas (1492 - 1800), Vampire Ark Cities and bases, Werewolf Dens and Mutant safehouses were established in the Americas.

AGE OF MODERN CITIES BEGINS (1893 - 1930 AD)

The Age of Modern Cities begins on Earth, the introduction on high-rise buildings and skyscrapers, and subway trains changes the urban design of major cities worldwide. The Imperial Vampire Houses, First Vampire Faction, Werewolves, and Mutant Factions build new safehouses in every major city in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.

Vampire Cities

Using the construction of underground structures - subway trains, tunnels, bridges, and buildings; as a cover for front companies controlled by the IVH Associates - humans working for the Imperial Vampire Houses (IVH) build underground new Vampire Cities beneath the cities of London, Budapest, Vienna, Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, New York City, Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago.
